What you will do
The Business Development Lead – CaaS is a key role reporting directly to the Business Development Manager – CaaS. You will be responsible for acquiring new opportunities by managing existing and new key accounts, and building strong relationships with high-level representatives of major clients.
How you will do it
You will utilize your energy-driven B2B service sales approach to generate inquiries, manage key accounts, develop tailored solutions, and build relationships with developers, facility management companies, and end users. You will represent the company at the top level, follow up on new business opportunities, and engage early with clients to manage communication and solution expectations. Working closely with the Energy Engineering, Service Sales, Legal, and Finance teams, you will convert sales inquiries into business, support customers with technical inquiries, and conduct presentations to secure business and grow market share.
You will articulate and communicate JCI offerings clearly to customers, provide feedback to the business, strategize sales approaches, and define stakeholder mapping to enhance JCI Service competitiveness. Managing the customer journey from introduction to execution, you will lead technical due diligence processes, liaising internally and externally to develop offerings.
This role requires a proactive, perseverant individual who seeks to develop strong client relationships and is self-motivated to grow the territory. Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills are essential to handle multiple priorities effectively.
