• Relevant experience of 1-3 years in sale of HVAC equipment (AC, Fans, Air Curtains, etc.) and accessories.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market and customers to secure orders.
• Acquire new customers from the market.
• Promote sales of HVAC products and spare parts to customers including MEP contractors, facilities management companies, fit-out contractors, developers, wholesalers, and end-users.
• Create new customer contact leads through calls, visits, online searches, etc.
• Prepare quotations and invoices.
• Follow up with customers regarding submitted quotations.
• Follow up on payments with customers.
• Develop, establish, and maintain relationships with customers to generate sales opportunities.
• Manage and update customer records, including sales activities, opportunities, and contact information.
• Identify and update customer feedback, including complaints, requests, and market feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
