Job description

  • Coach, mentor and embed Cirium s 3C Selling principles across the team.
  • Managing a team of Business Development Managers to achieve sales objectives and plan strategies to ensure a consistent flow of business across Aviation industry.
  • Develop the competencies and effectiveness of the sales team members, always leading by example.
  • Provide accurate forecasting to Sales Leadership team & ensure all activity across the team is recorded in Salesforce.
  • Manage relationship with the key policy agencies and support promotion of data transformation in China s aviation eco-system. As appropriate, serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences and trade shows.
  • Build long term strategic accounts plans designed to maximise existing revenue streams whilst demonstrating ROI to the client.
  • Identify new problems that we can solve whilst working with internal resources to deliver new complex solutions into new sections of a defined client base.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in leading sales teams in b2b data solutions or aviation.
  • Strategic thinking to identify new opportunities and solve client challenges creatively.
  • Outstanding communication skills to inspire both your team and clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Willingness to travel across MEA for client, prospect visits and conferences.
  • Proven track record in building successful sales teams.
