Responsibilities

1. Support the Head of Mortgage in managing Islamic and conventional mortgage business
2. Develop and implement mortgage strategies to increase portfolio growth and profitability
3. Lead transformation projects to achieve strategic goals
4. Ensure accuracy of mortgage revenue accounts and prevent leakage during product launches
5. Maintain records on business continuity, operational risk, and self-assessment
6. Design customer-centric solutions by integrating digital systems and improving the customer journey
7. Lead system enhancements including BRDs, test cases, and UAT coordination
8. Review and update mortgage policies, credit parameters, and pricing structures
9. Identify market opportunities and adapt product offerings accordingly
10. Oversee product marketing materials and coordinate messaging updates
11. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and refine products
12. Develop personas, wireframes, MVPs, and other product artifacts
13. Provide training and support to internal teams for product knowledge
14. Maintain mortgage resource hubs like FABConnects with updated documentation
15. Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, brokers, employers, and valuers
