Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our catering business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting within the catering or hospitality or FMCG industry, and will play a key role in strategic planning, cost control, financial reporting, and cash flow management to support business growth and operational efficiency.

  • Manage the full spectrum of financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and auditing.
  • Monitor food cost, labor cost, and operational expenses; implement cost control strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and fixed asset management.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and present detailed variance analysis to management.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, VAT filing, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and support annual audit processes.
  • Implement internal controls, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and financial policies tailored to the catering business.
  • Analyze catering contracts, pricing, and service agreements from a financial perspective.
  • Review vendor contracts, evaluate procurement terms, and support supplier negotiations.
  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics such as cost per meal, revenue per event, and margins.
  • Support management in decision-making through financial models and scenario planning.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance and accounts team.

Requirement

Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in a Similar Role

Strong background in catering, F&B, or hospitality sectors

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.

Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and communication skills.
