Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior consultants and project teams
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and manage calendars
  • Prepare and format reports, proposals, and presentations
  • Maintain project files, data tracking sheets, and digital folders
  • Support invoice processing and basic finance admin
  • Liaise with external clients, suppliers, and partners professionally
  • Assist with HR onboarding and team logistics where required

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or operations role
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and document formatting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and adaptable
  • Experience in a consulting, legal, or professional services environment is a plus
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage but not essential
