Job description

We are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy Marketing Assistant to support our day-to-day digital marketing activities, primarily focused on email and WhatsApp campaigns. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate should be able to design, launch, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns, assist in managing content and contact databases, and support the team in executing high-performance outreach efforts across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Email & WhatsApp Marketing
    • Design, draft, and schedule targeted marketing campaigns across email and WhatsApp platforms.
    • Optimize campaign performance by tracking engagement metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and overall engagement.
    • Manage subscriber and client lists; segment, clean, and maintain an organized email marketing database.
    • Ensure WhatsApp marketing lists are updated regularly and messages align with brand guidelines.
    • Maintain compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  2. Campaign Execution & Coordination
    • Create and implement promotional calendars aligned with marketing strategies and product launches.
    • Coordinate with sales and content teams to ensure message consistency and timely campaign delivery.
    • Track inquiries and leads generated from campaigns and upload them into the CRM system.
  3. Project & Data Management
    • Update project launches and changes on the internal developer stock sheet regularly.
    • Assist in maintaining organized files, folders, and content templates for marketing assets.
    • Upload and manage digital brochures, price lists, and project information on shared platforms.
  4. Content Support
    • Assist in writing short, compelling copy for emails and WhatsApp messages.
    • Create visuals and EDMs that are on-brand and campaign-ready.
  5. Analytics & Reporting
    • Generate weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance.
    • Use insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
  6. Marketing Support & Research
    • Research competitor campaigns and stay updated on email and WhatsApp marketing trends.
    • Assist in lead generation strategies and digital growth initiatives.
    • Provide support for events, webinars, or property launches as needed.
