What You Will Do:
  1. Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
  2. Manage reservations, table assignments, and walk-in guests efficiently.
  3. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries about the restaurant, menu, and reservations.
  4. Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
  5. Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.
  6. Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and care.
  7. Assist in managing the waiting list and providing accurate wait time estimates.
  8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
