What You Will Do:

• Set and drive the SEO strategy, aligning efforts across teams and business units to foster seamless collaboration and achieve results
• Analyze and improve organic KPIs such as traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, conversions, and engagement, with a focus on insights and impact
• Optimize technical SEO health, empower content teams with actionable data, and explore opportunities in generative AI search and conversational intent
• Lead, support, and empower a diverse team with empathy, vision, and clarity, creating an environment where curiosity and ownership thrive
• Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to scale innovation, experiment boldly, and stay ahead of trends like Google AI Overviews and GPT-powered search

Preferred Background:

Experience: Several years of experience in SEO, including leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Curiosity about how AI is reshaping the digital landscape and eagerness to experiment, learn, and share insights are essential. Bonus points for testing rankings in AI-generated answers or building automation scripts for SEO tasks.

Hard Skills:

• Deep understanding of technical SEO and web analytics, including performance audits and structured data optimization
