Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in software development, focusing on payments technology.
• Deep understanding of payment processing systems, including gateways, merchant services, and fraud prevention.
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, NodeJS, Go, or Rust, with familiarity in modern development practices like Agile and DevOps.
• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills, with excellent communication abilities for collaboration across teams.
• Experience working in a startup environment is essential.
• Experience in engineering management roles (Engineer Manager, VP of Engineering) is a plus.

Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure payment systems are reliable, secure, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
