JPMorgan Payments - Product Manager - Associate

Job Description

The Market Management and Product Expansion Team serves as the market leaders with deep knowledge of local requirements and needs, helping shape product strategy for the market and expand the Treasury Services footprint.

As a Product Manager within JPMorgan's Treasury Services Product Management team, you will be responsible for implementing the firm's strategy, product capabilities, and development in the United Arab Emirates, as well as supporting the broader Treasury Services franchise in the Middle East region. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholder groups to shape product strategy and drive expansion.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and support product rollout and market adoption.
  • Serve as the 'voice of the market' to ensure regulatory requirements and client, partner, and sales needs are prioritized.
  • Support EMEA product management with required market approvals and regional requirements (local government, regulators, and regional nuances).
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Tailor and execute commercialization activities and collateral to resonate with the market.
  • Ensure product readiness for market release by obtaining sign-off, interfacing with regulators, and vetting local readiness with partners.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Advocate for market expansion and drive business growth targets.
  • Represent JPMorgan Payments at regulators, industry events, and client meetings to showcase capabilities and thought leadership.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in Treasury Services, Corporate Banking, and relationship management.
  • Knowledge of payments products and protocols.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale programs with organization-wide impact through collaboration.
  • Familiarity with payment systems, channels, liquidity, and core cash management products.
  • Ability to operate effectively in time-sensitive, multi-tasking environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
