This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams to deliver exceptional architectural outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design Development : Lead the development of detailed design solutions for high-rise residential and hospitality projects, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. This includes refining initial concepts and integrating technical, environmental, and regulatory considerations.
• Construction Documentation : Oversee the preparation of comprehensive construction documents, including detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
• Project Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants, such as structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers, to ensure design integrity and seamless integration of all project components.
• Client Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the post-concept design stages. Present design solutions, address queries, and incorporate client feedback to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
• Regulatory Compliance : Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations.
• Mentorship and Leadership : Provide guidance and support to junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
• Resource Management : Efficiently manage project resources, including time, budget, and personnel, to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
