Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize the company’s general procurement operations in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Develop and update the supplier database, conduct necessary research and evaluations to identify the most suitable suppliers and business partners.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, specifications, and quality standards with suppliers; prepare contracts, agreements, and purchase orders in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Ensure the timely procurement of required materials, equipment, and services at the best quality and price; monitor quality, cost-effectiveness, and the economic feasibility of purchases.
  • Manage risks related to contracts and procurement and take the necessary actions to mitigate them.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Experience

  • 5 years of experience and knowledge in laws and regulations related to contracts, procurement, tenders, and multiple sourcing of resources.
