- The Job holder is accountable for developing B2B relations with real estate developers and home furnishing retailers in the Middle East.
- Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the sales process.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and strengthen its market presence.
- Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them.
- Maintain excellent knowledge about furniture and engineered wood products.
- Identify emerging markets and shifts, staying fully aware of new products and competitors.
- Gather and provide reports as required by management.
- Utilize excellent communication skills and sales techniques to compete effectively in the market.
- Respond to enquiries and convert them into closed sales.
- Achieve planned sales targets.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of active sales experience in wood products.
- Degree in business management, administration, or a related field.
- Proven success as a sales representative or manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Self-confidence, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license and proficiency in computer skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
