Job Responsibilities
  1. The Job holder is accountable for developing B2B relations with real estate developers and home furnishing retailers in the Middle East.
  2. Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the sales process.
  3. Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and strengthen its market presence.
  4. Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
  5. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them.
  6. Maintain excellent knowledge about furniture and engineered wood products.
  7. Identify emerging markets and shifts, staying fully aware of new products and competitors.
  8. Gather and provide reports as required by management.
  9. Utilize excellent communication skills and sales techniques to compete effectively in the market.
  10. Respond to enquiries and convert them into closed sales.
  11. Achieve planned sales targets.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 3 years of active sales experience in wood products.
  • Degree in business management, administration, or a related field.
  • Proven success as a sales representative or manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Self-confidence, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license and proficiency in computer skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
