Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor, configure, and maintain network and security devices (firewalls, switches, routers).
2. Respond to network outages and performance issues.
3. Assist in implementing network security measures and monitoring tools.
4. Provide L1/L2 support for users and escalate complex issues.
5. Maintain documentation of network architecture and support activities.

Requirements
