We are recruiting a Sr. HR Executive for one of our clients based in Fujairah, UAE.

About Our Client :

Our client is a prominent manufacturer of premium white and gray cement in the UAE, renowned for delivering high-quality products that meet international standards. With a strong commitment to innovation and sustainability, they play a pivotal role in supporting the region's construction and infrastructure projects. Known for their advanced production techniques and reliability, they have established themselves as a trusted partner for builders, architects, and developers across the UAE and beyond.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Manage the recruitment process and conduct new employee orientations.
  2. Prepare employment contracts and oversee documentation.
  3. Support the performance appraisal systems.
  4. Assist in identifying training and development needs.
  5. Administer payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  6. Oversee employee benefits programs.
  7. Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees.
  8. Monitor employee training progress and maintain records.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Requirements :

  • Master's in HRM or PG Diploma in HR.
  • 4-8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing company in the UAE.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills with a deadline-driven approach.
