Role Overview:

We are hiring a Sales Director to lead our business development and partnership strategy across insurance companies, healthcare providers, and corporate clients. The role requires a strong understanding of healthcare and insurance markets, a proven ability to drive B2B growth, and experience managing high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy across insurance, corporate health, and provider segments
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Secure partnerships with insurance companies to integrate Valeo services into covered plans
  • Expand Valeo’s market presence in UAE and KSA
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to optimize the go-to-market approach

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in sales leadership, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or related sectors
  • Strong network in insurance companies and corporate health programs in UAE (KSA a plus)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling teams
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or related field
