Job description

The RBD (Regional Business Developer) is a senior position within the Sub-Region Gulf Business Development organization. The role focuses on developing a portfolio of Large Accounts in the Onshore Oil & Gas segment, creating and leading customer strategies to increase the adoption of Hilti solutions. The RBD will also coordinate a regional team associated with these accounts.

  • Responsible for developing regional accounts (Owners, EPCs) in the Onshore Oil & Gas segment, leading customer strategies across the Sub-Region Gulf.
  • Lead multi-level relationships across technical and commercial departments, gaining deep understanding of internal workflows.
  • Drive standardization, project specifications, and sales development to increase Hilti solutions' share-of-wallet.
  • Build the Sub-Region Gulf project and opportunity pipeline, coordinating capture teams to meet annual Net Sales goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date market insights and collaborate with Regional Segment Management to implement the 2030 corporate strategy.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's or MBA is a plus.
  • Over 5 years of experience in Business Development or similar Sales Management roles.
  • Deep understanding of the Energy/Oil & Gas sector, with experience working with EPCs or OEMs.
  • Experience negotiating across technical and commercial departments, understanding their internal processes.
  • Solution-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
