The RBD (Regional Business Developer) is a senior position within the Sub-Region Gulf Business Development organization. The role focuses on developing a portfolio of Large Accounts in the Onshore Oil & Gas segment, creating and leading customer strategies to increase the adoption of Hilti solutions. The RBD will also coordinate a regional team associated with these accounts.
