Role Overview:

We are hiring on behalf of our client for a Digital Transformation Consultant / Senior Consultant to support large-scale digital transformation programs within the public sector. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, managing execution, and delivering measurable impact for city-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refresh and refine the digital transformation roadmap in alignment with government objectives
• Establish governance structures and performance monitoring mechanisms
• Design models to track value realization and strategic impact
• Conduct technical reviews and evaluations of vendor proposals
• Engage and manage stakeholders across business, technical, and leadership levels
• Support leadership workshops and transformation planning sessions
• Drive change management and communications across departments

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 10 years of consulting experience with a focus on digital transformation
• Proven success in delivering public sector or smart city programs
• Strong hands-on capabilities in creating deliverables: roadmaps, governance, policies, procedures
• Familiarity with emerging technologies (AI, IoT, platforms)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior government or IT leaders
• Arabic-speaking candidates preferred (not mandatory)
