Retail Banking Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Sales of Credit Card, Personal Finance, and Bank Accounts in retail banking.
2. Cross-selling of other bank products when required.
3. Act professionally on behalf of the bank by providing details of bank products, services, and related processes to customers.
4. Adhere to the bank's service standards to ensure the best customer service and experience.
5. Follow the laid down policies and procedures of the bank.
6. Report and maintain customer feedback, market pulse, and any other data point or process as required by the unit/bank.
