Job Description: Sales Director – Retail Innovation & Technology

We are currently seeking a Sales Director – Retail Innovation & Technology for one of our clients, a leading provider of AI-powered digital solutions for the global fashion industry. This is a unique consulting opportunity to contribute to a pioneering team driving innovation at the intersection of luxury fashion and cutting-edge technology.

Contract Type: 12-month consulting assignment, renewable

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive the end-to-end sales cycle of high-value SaaS solutions for leading fashion groups.
  2. Build and nurture strategic relationships with C-level executives across regional and global organizations.
  3. Lead B2B negotiations and secure enterprise deals with key partners.
  4. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and pricing models aligned with client needs.
  5. Manage strategic accounts and act as a key liaison between client innovation teams and internal product/tech stakeholders.
  6. Represent the company at international retail tech, luxury, and AI summits, enhancing brand visibility and market positioning.
  7. Own the commercial P&L and deliver aggressive subscription and revenue targets.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in AI, SaaS, or luxury fashion technology.
  • Proven track record in closing complex B2B deals with international organizations.
  • Strong network and relationships within the fashion and retail industry (regional and international scope).
  • Expertise in managing strategic accounts, pricing strategy, and sales P&L.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional presentation and executive negotiation skills.
  • Autonomous, highly driven, and passionate about luxury retail innovation and digital solutions.
