Job description

Nair Systems is currently looking for a UX Designer for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms & conditions.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

1. Experience with designing quality consumer products as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology.
2. Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated but also a team player with a professional presence.
3. Graphical and Visual Design skills using a diverse set of software such as Adobe Suite, Figma, Sketch, or other tools for product design.
4. Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping.
5. Knowledge of Agile software development process.
6. Knowledge of Design Systems is a plus.

Previous Experience

• Must have previous experience working in digital product design in financial services, banking, Fintech, digital transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent area.
• Experience managing a team of UI/UX designers.
• Ability to communicate with different departments of a multinational and dynamic organization.
• Experience with design tools like Sketch, Adobe Suite, and Figma.

1. Be highly analytical as well as highly creative, demonstrating superb design, writing, and presentation skills.
2. Foster collaboration both inside and outside the team, evangelize and promote UX within the company, and manage several high-level projects while delivering quality work.
3. Justify design decisions based on a thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies.
4. Thrive in an environment requiring strong independent problem-solving, self-direction, innovative thinking, and team collaboration.
5. Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions to business stakeholders across markets and brands, working closely with Product Leads and Product Managers.
6. Design elegant and delightful product experiences as part of a cross-functional Agile product team.
7. Research, identify, and articulate customer needs.
8. Collaborate with and lead other designers within and cross-team to solve design challenges, ensuring design consistency across products.
9. Lead regular creative sessions and foster a learning environment among team members to improve user experience and interfaces.
