Job description

Title - Customer Service Executive (Emirati Talent)
Location - Dubai
Salary - AED 15,000-18,000 + Benefits

In this role, the Customer Service Executive will be responsible for driving business growth, managing and retaining existing accounts, maintaining client relations for leads, and maximizing sales revenue across the Retail, Hospitality, and Events industries.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Make outgoing calls to new and existing prospects to actively sell exhibition space and sponsorships.
  2. Achieve personal targets for sales, outbound calls, and other KPIs.
  3. Sourcing and developing your own leads, as well as utilizing leads from the current database.
  4. Report all revenues and weekly progress to senior management.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales/business development, client relations, and customer service experience in a relevant environment.
  • Create memorable customer interactions, assist customers, and deliver excellent customer service by providing directions, information, answering questions, and performing other center-specific duties.
  • A highly driven and confident sales and client relations professional.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to demonstrate creativity and initiative in a sales environment.
  • Ability to build long-term, sustainable, and profitable relationships with customers and develop a profile within the industry.
