Job Title: Technician Digital Delivery

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Technician Digital Delivery to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital content delivery systems, ensuring seamless and efficient distribution of digital assets to our customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and maintain digital content delivery platforms and infrastructure.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline digital asset management processes.
  3. Implement and optimize content delivery networks (CDNs) for improved performance.
  4. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation for digital delivery processes and workflows.
  6. Assist in the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance digital delivery capabilities.
  7. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards in digital content distribution.
  8. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on digital delivery best practices.
  9. Analyze delivery metrics and generate reports to drive continuous improvement.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital content delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in digital content delivery or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management tools.
