Job Description:
  1. Develop business plans, sales processes, and strategies to meet company sales goals and profitability.
  2. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, highlighting product benefits and differentiators.
  3. Gain expertise in and promote branded and unbranded White Oil & Petroleum Jelly products.
  4. Possess deep knowledge of pharma-grade and white petroleum jelly.
  5. Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  6. Participate in trade shows and industry events to network, generate leads, and promote brand awareness.
  7. Develop international clients and travel as needed.
  8. Coordinate with supply chain and production teams for timely product delivery.
  9. Maintain sales and activity reports.
  10. Control expenses within budget guidelines.
  11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics, ensuring team compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  1. Working knowledge of White Oil, Petroleum Jelly, Wax, Transformer Oil, and Pharma products.
  2. Background in chemistry or chemical engineering preferred for technical understanding.
