About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Clinic Manager to lead this initiative from the ground up: a strategic, operational, and people-first leader ready to establish a flagship clinic that sets new standards in reproductive healthcare.

Your Mission:

• Spearhead the launch of the clinic, from licensing to full-scale operations, ensuring seamless compliance with UAE health authorities (DHA).
• Build and lead a diverse team of clinicians and administrators in a high-performance, multicultural environment.
• Implement innovative systems and technology-forward solutions aligned with Dubai's healthcare innovation goals.
• Cultivate partnerships across global fertility networks and local health ecosystems.
• Champion a gold-standard patient experience rooted in cultural empathy and clinical excellence.
• Manage budgets accurately and develop scalable systems for long-term growth.

What You Bring:

• A Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of senior healthcare leadership experience, ideally in fertility, IVF, or women's health.
• Hands-on experience in opening or scaling clinics in the GCC or internationally.
• Deep understanding of DHA processes and UAE regulatory frameworks.
• Charisma, resilience, and a passion for impact; thrives in fast-paced, purpose-driven settings.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
