Job description

1. Take full responsibility for the operational management of renewable energy EPC projects in the Middle East, ensuring efficient and compliant execution.
2. Oversee the coordination and allocation of resources across all project phases, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and O&M.
3. Establish and optimize localized operational systems and management procedures.
4. Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with clients, EPC contractors, local authorities, and subcontractors.
5. Monitor and manage safety, quality, schedules, and costs throughout the entire project lifecycle.
6. Support the company's strategic expansion, team development, and localization efforts in the Middle East market.

Skills

1. Male, ideally under 35 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Project Management, Energy, or related fields.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with at least 3 years in EPC project or operational management.
4. Prior experience in international projects, especially in the Middle East, is highly preferred.
5. Strong knowledge of EPC project execution and full lifecycle management.
6. Proficiency in both English and Arabic; English is required as the working language.
7. Strong leadership, organizational, and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
