Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a Director of Sales, you will be responsible for monitoring sales production and adjusting sales activities to achieve planned goals within your region. Your role will include key responsibilities such as:

  1. Monitoring sales production and adjusting sales activities, account coverage, and sales priorities as necessary to achieve plan goals.
  2. Planning, establishing goals, and managing the Outbound Sales Office to deliver qualified leads and service existing accounts.
  3. Developing active communication and rapport with local authorities such as tourism boards, convention bureaus, airlines, Rotana area sales offices, and other sales information sources.
  4. Assessing group business to maximize contribution from available public space and generate room revenues while achieving banqueting budgets.
  5. Developing the annual sales department budget and executing sales programs and activities within it, with support from superiors.
  6. Identifying sources of individual business and allocating resources to develop relationships with them.
  7. Ensuring understanding of role requirements, goals, and performance standards within the sales department.
  8. Reviewing and finalizing the corporate section of the monthly sales report prior to submission.
Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should hold a bachelor’s degree in sales and be computer literate, with effective and outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
