A leading company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer and Administrator with expertise in managing government relations and administrative processes. The role involves ensuring compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws, processing trade licenses, and supporting corporate operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of relevant experience and a deep understanding of both JAFZA and Dubai Mainland regulations.
Guildhall is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer and Administrator with 8–10 years of proven expertise in managing government relations and administrative processes across both JAFZA (Free Zone) and Dubai Mainland jurisdictions. The ideal candidate should be skilled in navigating complex regulatory environments, maintaining full compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws, and supporting corporate operations with efficiency and integrity. Key Responsibilities JAFZA (Free Zone): • Processing and renewing trade licenses through JAFZA • Managing establishment card, lease agreements, and compliance documents • Visa applications, renewals, and cancellations through the JAFZA portal • Coordinating with JAFZA officials for inspections, updates, and submissions • Managing portal entries (e.g., Dubai Trade) Dubai Mainland (under DED and MOHRE): • Applying for and renewing mainland trade licenses via the Department of Economic Development (DED) • Handling MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization) labor contracts • Processing Dubai Immigration visas (entry permits, medicals, Emirates IDs) • Managing labor quota approvals, WPS (Wage Protection System) compliance • Submitting applications for NOCs, cancellations, and government attestations Administrative Support: • Maintaining company documentation (licenses, employee files, visa records) • Assisting HR with onboarding/offboarding, including arranging medicals and visa paperwork • Ensuring company compliance with labor and immigration laws • Handling office logistics (renewals, utility setup, insurance, etc.) • Overseeing and maintaining the private properties of the companies and associated family members. Additional Responsibilities: • Translating Arabic documents if needed • Keeping up-to-date with law and process changes • Representing the company during inspections or audits from authorities • Managing e-channels, Tasheel, Amer, and other online government portals
• Minimum 8–10 years of JAFZA & UAE experience in a similar role • Deep understanding of UAE labor, immigration, and free zone laws • Experience with both JAFZA systems and Mainland (DED, MOHRE, GDRFA) processes
