Job description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for HSE Officers to join a top qualified and knowledgeable team in our newly awarded project operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

What you will need to do :
  1. Assist the HSE Manager / Senior HSE Officer in their daily operations.
  2. Apply and implement the Company’s IMS (HSE aspects) throughout the project duration.
  3. Ensure all activities within your responsibility, whether by Company or subcontractor personnel, adhere to HSE policies and procedures.
  4. Inform personnel of HSE hazards through induction courses and toolbox talks, ensuring controls and contingency plans are in place.
  5. Participate in investigation and reporting of accidents, incidents, and near misses.
  6. Take corrective actions promptly and inform the HSE Manager of potential hazards.
  7. Maintain and participate in scheduled meetings, emergency exercises, inspections, and audits.
  8. Respond promptly to reports of non-compliance, unsafe conditions, accidents, and near misses.
  9. Follow up and close out corrective actions from operational activities, meetings, incidents, and audits.
  10. Provide guidance and support to the assistant HSE Officer.
  11. Perform any other related duties as assigned.
What you will need to have :
  1. NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum qualification.
  2. 5-10 years of relevant HSE experience in the O&G field.
  3. Experience in onshore or offshore environments is mandatory.
  4. Knowledge of HSE standards.
  5. ADNOC approval is highly preferable.
  6. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
