Senior Business Development Manager - Orthopedics, GCC & NASSA

What will you be doing?

This role is part of the Orthopedic Division and is responsible for managing and growing an assigned market segment and product lines in alignment with the overall Company and Divisional strategy.

What will you need to be successful?
  1. Experience in preparing annual budgets for the business unit in alignment with the Business Unit sales manager and overall Company strategy.
  2. Ability to prepare business forecast plans and pricing strategies based on margin objectives, competitor pricing, and company guidelines.
  3. Experience in providing monthly forecast input as part of Standard Operating Processes for respective product lines.
  4. Ability to monitor and evaluate revenue against the annual plan and forecast, adjusting strategies to meet goals.
  5. Experience in developing effective marketing strategies to meet short-term and long-term objectives.
  6. Proficiency in creating key account plans per country, leading execution, and achieving business objectives.
Successful candidates would need the following:
  1. Bachelor’s degree (preferably in life sciences).
  2. At least 5 years of experience in Medical Devices sales, business development, and marketing, especially in Orthopedics (Knee and Hip).
  3. Experience in the UAE market is a plus.
  4. Experience with product management, product marketing, and product launches.
