Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and cryptonative Community Manager to lead the development, growth, and daily engagement of our global communities, with a strong focus on Telegram. You will manage multilingual community channels, oversee a team of moderators, and execute campaigns that drive user acquisition and loyalty across our Web3 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow Bitunix's Telegram communities globally, ensuring high-quality discussions, fast support, and accurate information flow.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of regional moderators; provide ongoing training, KPIs, and engagement frameworks.
- Monitor and maintain community health across Telegram, Discord, Twitter (X), Reddit, and Web3 platforms (Galxe, Zealy, QuestN, etc.).
- Plan and execute engaging campaigns: AMAs, contests, XP missions, trading competitions, and referral drives.
- Implement community segmentation strategies across regions, languages, and interest groups.
- Collect and analyze community feedback and sentiment; report insights to product, marketing, and support teams.
- Coordinate real-time support with the customer success team for urgent community escalations.
- Champion UGC (user-generated content) efforts and incentivized contributions from loyal users.
- Align all communications with Bitunix's brand voice and vision.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Community Manager in a crypto exchange or blockchain/Web3 project.
- Proven success in managing all community channels, including large-scale Telegram groups, Discord servers, Twitter Spaces, and moderator teams.
- Deep understanding of crypto culture, trading products (especially derivatives), and DeFi trends.
- Comfortable working with global communities across multiple time zones and languages.
- Strong command of community tools like Telegram bots, Galxe, Zealy, and Discord management utilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages such as Chinese, Spanish, Hindi, Arabic, Bahasa, or Russian are a strong advantage.
- Highly proactive, organized, and capable of executing both strategy and daily operations.
- Experience with moderator incentive systems and XP-based growth models.
- Familiarity with analytics dashboards and KPI-based performance tracking.
- Participation in Web3 ecosystems and quest-based campaigns.
- Willingness to work onsite in Dubai.
