GuestReady is a game-changer in short-term rental and hospitality management, operating in the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, and the UAE. Since 2016, we've been redefining the industry with cutting-edge technology and top-notch service. We are currently seeking an Operations Excellence Team Lead to join our Dubai office.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for leading a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest operational standards across our vacation rental properties. Your role will involve driving continuous improvement, ensuring service excellence, and supporting business growth through effective leadership, streamlined processes, and a commitment to operational excellence. We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven professional with a passion for hospitality and team development.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  1. Team Leadership
    • Lead a team responsible for guest relations, property upkeep, inspections (Spot Checks, Quality Checks, Onboarding, Offboarding), maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment through effective leadership.
    • Recruit, train, and oversee a high-performing team, promoting a culture of hospitality and excellence.
  2. Operational Management
    • Develop, implement, and improve quality inspection processes to ensure high standards across properties.
    • Supervise field operations, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure timely issue resolution and adherence to SOPs and standards.
    • Oversee third-party providers, ensuring contractual compliance and high-quality service delivery.
    • Collaborate with the Guest Excellence team to streamline operational processes and support leadership responsibilities when needed.
    • Work with cross-functional departments to ensure consistent application of SOPs and operational standards.
    • Coach and develop team members to support continuous improvement and ongoing learning.
  3. Strategic Planning
    • Assess and enhance processes to exceed customer expectations.
    • Propose and implement strategies for team profitability and revenue growth.
    • Implement cost control measures to optimize expenses without compromising service quality.
    • Develop and uphold quality standards for all aspects of vacation home management.
  4. Business Tools Proficiency
    • Utilize task management, communication tools, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and relevant software.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in presentations, business analytics, and insights.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience as a senior team member or managing a team, preferably in Facilities Management, Customer Service, or Hospitality.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Immediate availability is a plus.
  • Valid UAE Driver's License is required.
