Al Futtaim Electronics, one of the largest business houses in the Gulf, has been the sole distributor for Toshiba products in the UAE for over 31 years. Al-Futtaim Electronics - Toshiba has a wide range of products from state-of-the-art notebook computers to digital copiers, fax machines, consumer electronics including projection TVs, DVD players, and home appliances. The individual will be responsible for product-level coordination for Toshiba laptops & accessories between the Supplier, Category Manager, Sales team, and back office.

He / She will also be responsible for:

1. Supplying reporting and follow-up
2. Checking errors and transmission
3. Generating reports
4. Coordinating stock flow between sites and sales teams
5. Calculating cost and pricelist generation
6. Approving price on SAP
7. Supporting price calculation
8. Tracking, reporting, and managing claims
9. Maintenance accrual
10. Monitoring sell-out and sell-out drivers per customer
11. Monitoring competitors
12. Coordinating with authorized service providers
13. Meeting budgeted Gross Margin

To be considered for this role you must have:

1. A degree in Electronics, Administration, or a related discipline
2. 2+ years of IT and OA product & marketing management experience
3. Experience in Excel, PowerPoint, costing, inventory management & coordination
4. Experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SAP
