Overview

Our client is seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Head of Sales to lead the market entry and commercial expansion across the MENA region. This is a rare opportunity to pioneer in a fast-evolving space at the intersection of blockchain security, compliance, and financial innovation.

As part of a high-growth RegTech firm backed by a global digital asset leader, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our client's presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive go-to-market strategy, pipeline development, and revenue execution across the MENA region
  • Build and manage trusted relationships with clients across digital asset exchanges, FSI, payment providers, and digital banks
  • Lead complex sales cycles and partner closely with product, legal, and delivery teams
  • Represent the company at regional industry events, fostering brand credibility and market intelligence
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, informing the product roadmap for regional compliance needs

Requirements:

  • Proven sales leadership experience in the RegTech, cybersecurity, or digital infrastructure sectors
  • Strong network across MENA's financial services ecosystem, including exchanges, VASPs, and regulated institutions
  • Deep understanding of regulatory and operational requirements tied to digital asset custody, compliance, and infrastructure
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in ambiguous, high-growth environments
