Job description

Job Purpose:

To contribute to the success of the sales team and the organization in achieving the vision of the Fleet Department and Geely UAE by contributing to expand the customer network by achieving sales and distribution targets by providing consistent consultative selling.

Job Description:

• Making all deliveries of vehicles a special occasion & ensure that all features & benefits are demonstrated & explained in detail.

• Liaise with the bank and insurance companies to obtain favorable deal for the customer and the company.

• Ensure proper and accurate processing of paperwork & documentation.

• Utilize company’s database for prospecting, repeat sales & referrals.

• Ensure the prevailing pricing structure is adhered to at all times.

• Meeting and exceeding fleet sales and profitability targets of the department.

• Successfully responsible to effectively implement and monitor effectiveness of marketing activities.

• Responsible for the continuous improvement in efficiency, quality and adherence to the Quality Management System.

• Present & demonstrate the GEELY UAE product range to meet each customer’s corporate requirements, as per the GEELY UAE Sales certification programme & GEELY UAE Sales process modules.

• Communicate and meet with customers on a regular basis with regards to promoting GEELY UAE Brand and its products.

• Develops and maintain customers relations and ensure customer business growth.

Candidate Specifications:

• At least 3 – 4 years of experience in fleet sales.

• Has business connection in the local market.

• Has B2B experience.

• Valid UAE driver’s license.
