Magine Solutions is hiring a dynamic Country Manager to lead the sales operations for a prestigious FMCG company based in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the FMCG sector, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of driving growth in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and market expansion.
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to deliver consistent results.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  6. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  7. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand presence.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a leadership role within the FMCG industry, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large sales teams and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution channels, key accounts, and retail operations in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
