Stewarding Supervisor Job Location Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates Key Responsibilities Cleaning and Maintenance Supervises the cleaning and maintenance of food facilities including kitchens dining areas Housekeeping Operations Oversees housekeeping operations ensuring that rooms common areas and facilities are clean and wellmaintained Waste Management Ensures proper waste disposal and recycling maintaining a clean and hygienic environment Pest Control and Hygiene Implements pest control measures and maintains high standards of hygiene ensuring a healthy environment for residents Inventory Management Maintains accurate records of cleaning supplies equipment and other necessary items Team Supervision Trains motivates and disciplines stewarding staff ensuring they follow procedures and meet performance standards Quality Control Conducts regular quality checks to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance Requirements and Skills Housekeeping or Cleaning Experience Proven experience in housekeeping cleaning or a related field Supervisory Skills Strong supervisory and leadership skills with ability to motivate and train staff Attention to Detail Meticulous attention to detail ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance Communication and Interpersonal Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with staff management and residents Physical Stamina Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with exposure to cleaning chemicals and physical demands
