Job Purpose

Head & direct day-to-day properties, accommodation, and warehouse operations, leading a team to achieve strategic objectives & targets, providing sustainable solutions, and ensuring effective management of the Retail Operations Network, residential properties, and rented accommodations. The role emphasizes service excellence, innovation, and the highest HSE standards to maximize ENOC's retail segment portfolio return on investment.
Lead & plan annual budgets for accommodations, warehouse, transportation, and deliveries to sites.
Principal Accountabilities
Property Asset & Facilities Management
Lead & evaluate engineering plans and design architecture for new retail staff accommodations, searching for optimal locations with competitive rent and facilities.
Ensure new assets are integrated into maintenance programs and undergo QA procedures. Recommend procurement of capital equipment based on operational needs.
Lead contract negotiations for retail operations requirements from tender to closure, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with Group Finance, Insurance, and Legal teams for insurance renewals and claims.
Maintain up-to-date records of assets and properties in the Property Management System.
Ensure facilities management functions meet standards and comply with ENOC and government regulations.
Oversee security, audits, and management of company properties in staff accommodations.
Conduct regular inspections to enforce safety standards and customer satisfaction within budget.
Act as the main contact for external partners, consultants, and contractors supporting retail network, residential properties, and accommodations.
Oversee renovation projects to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Resolve stakeholder conflicts to achieve business objectives.
Coordinate with IT for infrastructure needs like servers, Wi-Fi, hardware, and software.
Manage accommodation allocations for cost-effectiveness and optimal utilization.
Employee Relations & Welfare
Implement electronic systems and small solutions to improve efficiency.
Promote the 'One ENOC' culture, focusing on happiness and stakeholder value.
Drive core values such as Teamwork, Integrity, Transparency, Respect, and Customer Focus.
Manage social wellness activities, initiatives, and communications.
Additional Responsibilities
Logistics & Warehousing Management
Improve retail warehouse policies, procedures, and controls.
Manage stock replenishment systems and ensure availability.
Oversee transportation management, including planning, routes, and safety standards.
Negotiate with third-party providers for services like catering and laundry.
Lead warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
Monitor operational data to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Government Relations
Coordinate with government bodies for licenses, approvals, and compliance.
Enterprise Risk Management
Ensure adherence to risk management systems and mitigate identified risks in retail accommodations.
Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, or equivalent.
12 years of relevant experience, with 8-10 years in managerial roles.
GCC experience preferred.
Knowledge of business, project management, financials, HR, IT, and property services.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and business acumen.
