We are seeking enthusiastic professionals with energy, results-driven attitude, and a can-do mindset who want to be part of a team delivering innovative solutions in an exciting environment. As a PreSales Manager, you will harmonize the company's product, operations, technical, and commercial departments, translating these into solid business propositions. Your role is to validate the business case and service description throughout implementation and guide/manage formal agreements with clients.

What You Will Do
  1. Develop and present sales propositions
  2. Prepare Business Cases and related Service Descriptions
  3. Maintain sales presentations
  4. Coordinate with product, technical, commercial, finance, and legal teams to prepare responses to RFPs/RFQs/Tenders
  5. Maintain the CRM system for Business Development
  6. Participate in sales meetings and occasionally pitch at the CXO level
  7. Assist in market research and competition mapping
  8. Scope technical solutions to address customer requirements, assess needs, and recommend value-optimizing solutions
  9. Secure input from all necessary stakeholders within the client
  10. Adapt solutions as necessary to ensure support
What You Will Bring
  • Proven track record of 3-5 years in a similar role within FinTech, Telecom/Technology, or Banking sectors
  • Fluency in English; second language is an advantage
  • BSc and MA/MSc in Business, Science, Engineering, or Marketing; MBA is a plus
