We are seeking an experienced Emirati Office Manager to provide high-level administrative and organisational support to a prestigious semi-government senior leadership team.

This role requires a sharp, credible, and highly professional individual who can seamlessly manage executive schedules, coordinate travel, handle approvals, and facilitate key meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary & Calendar Management: Efficiently organize and manage complex schedules, ensuring optimal time allocation for senior leaders.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange flights, accommodation, and logistics for business travel, ensuring smooth itineraries.
  • Meeting Support: Schedule, prepare agendas, and summarize key meetings, ensuring actionable follow-ups.
  • Approval Handling: Manage and track requests requiring senior leadership approval, ensuring timely processing.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison, interacting professionally with senior executives, board members, and external partners.
  • Office Coordination: Oversee administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Exceptionalorganizational, communication, and interpersonal skills,with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders confidently.
  • Highly polished, professional, and discreet, with the ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management systems.
