A Pool and Bar Supervisor for Bliss 6 - Conrad Dubai's ultimate urban pool oasis oversees the bar service to offer a high-quality, efficient beverage service that enhances the Guest experience and complies with licensing regulations related to alcoholic beverages.

What will I be doing?

As a Pool and Bar Supervisor at Conrad Dubai's ultimate urban pool oasis, you will supervise the bar service to ensure high-quality, efficient beverage service that contributes to a superior Guest experience and adheres to licensing regulations. Your responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining effective bar service with an emphasis on quality and efficiency
  • Setting, implementing, and monitoring Guest service standards, with ongoing evaluation
  • Preparing the outlet according to operational standards
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing laws and hotel procedures related to alcoholic beverages, and conducting staff training accordingly
  • Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of all beverages served, including preparation (per recipes), presentation, and training staff in this knowledge
  • Training staff to understand and apply health, safety, and fire regulations
  • Ensuring staff presentation and uniform standards are maintained
  • Managing staff shortages and reporting absences as per company procedures
  • Completing administrative tasks related to staff management
  • Maximizing revenue through upselling, excellent customer service, training, and motivation
