Brief JD & Experience as follows

Role;

Provides expertise and support the development, maintaining and implementation of Health, Safety, Sustainability and Environment (HSSE) Requirements. Ensures that HSSE system meet the applicable ADNOC HSSE Requirement as applicable. Plan and monitor implementation of HSSE system in all areas of company operations, follow up on corrective actions by respective area owners to ensure timely closure and acts as a driving force for implementation of continuous improvement process in the area of HSSE. Compliance checks & monitor the implementation of ADNOC HSSE Management framework at COMPANY sites in compliance with ADNOC HSSE standards and international industry HSSE best practices. To provide expert advice and assistance on HSSE aspects.

Minimum Qualification Bachelor’s in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or HSE.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills · 8 years of experience, including at least 5 years in HSSE in oil & gas or petrochemical industry. · Knowledge related with relevant HSSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC HSE Standard.· Knowledge of HSE Management System related of O&G Industry· Good knowledge of international standards e.g. API, ASME, NFPA, ANSI and IGEM Standards relevant to HSE. · Exposure HSSE Studies includes HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, HSSEIA, and other compliance related studies. · Experience of undertaking Audits to International and local standards. Professional Certifications · Lead / Internal auditor certificate ISO 45001 (OHSAS18001), ISO14001. · Membership of an appropriate and relevant Professional Institute. Must have Valid UAE
