As the Corporate Sales Director for our Global Benefits Practice , you will lead the strategic acquisition and growth of corporate clients seeking International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) and comprehensive global health solutions. This senior role combines high-level consultative sales expertise with deep market insight, driving commercial success and reinforcing our position as a leading health insurance brokerage in the region.
You will be instrumental in developing large-scale B2B relationships, advising HR and procurement leaders, and structuring complex benefits packages that align with multinational workforce needs across the UAE and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development
- Lead enterprise-level business development efforts across the UAE and key international markets.
- Identify, qualify, and close high-value SME & Corporate opportunities in the global health insurance space.
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to build a robust pipeline of mid-to-large corporate accounts.
- Represent the firm at industry events, forums, and client presentations to position our capabilities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting IPMI and global benefits.
- Provide market intelligence to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and underwriting negotiations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, marketing, and operations teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Ensure full compliance with internal governance and UAE / GCC insurance regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and deal data using CRM platforms.
- Contribute to accurate forecasting and reporting for leadership stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven success and exceeding sales targets in corporate health insurance / broker sales, with specific experience in IPMI and employee benefits.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE insurance landscape, IPMI providers, and regional market dynamics.
- DHA licensing or equivalent certifications preferred.
