Role Overview

1. Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research on laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to our business operations.
2. Contract Drafting and Review: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising a variety of commercial contracts and legal documents.
3. Compliance Support: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer and employee activities align with legal requirements and corporate policies.
4. Documentation Management: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a centralized database for commercial contracts and legal documentation.
5. Meeting Participation: Attend meetings, take and share meeting notes, provide legal insights, and contribute to decision-making processes.
6. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance in organizing and managing commercial legal files.
