About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager - Private Clients to join the Global Sales team at Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities include:

  1. Meeting revenue targets across designated global accounts, market segments, and territories by executing tailored sales strategies.
  2. Serving as the primary contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  3. Developing and implementing account plans to maximize revenue and provide insights for sales strategy improvements.
  4. Prospecting new opportunities, maintaining a high-profile network, and representing the brand at trade shows and client events.
  5. Monitoring performance targets and adhering to company policies, brand standards, and safety regulations.
  6. Acting as a Jumeirah ambassador, delivering exceptional service, maintaining professionalism, and supporting internal collaboration.
About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree from an accredited university (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in international hospitality, with knowledge of hotel operations and HNWI networks.
  • Strong commercial acumen, target-driven approach, and success in relationship management and negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Salesforce; fluency in English and Arabic or relevant local language; additional languages are a plus.
