Role & Scope

The Commercial Manager will promote, raise awareness, and sell corporate services. This seasoned professional should possess excellent communication skills, extensive contacts, a strong work ethic, and the drive to scale our business. The role supports sales goals aligned with growth objectives in the Middle East, functioning within a broader Sales and Client Service team. Responsibilities include executing a quarterly business plan developed by sales leadership.

Based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the role involves acquiring new clients in the UAE domestic market and outbound centers, introducing Vistra products and services, and maintaining relationships with Middle East intermediaries seeking new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Understand the UAE market landscape, especially free zones like DIFC and ADGM.
  2. Handle inbound inquiries and develop new opportunities.
  3. Analyze existing client portfolios to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  4. Identify and secure prospects to expand Vistra's customer base.
  5. Develop and implement plans to meet and exceed targets.
  6. Execute marketing campaigns to generate pipeline opportunities.
  7. Support inbound sales with proposals and provide CRM, AML/KYC, and onboarding support.
  8. Understand customer needs to tailor solutions effectively.
  9. Ensure smooth lead transitions and provide feedback to improve pipeline quality.
  10. Coordinate with service teams for onboarding and delivery.
  11. Market Vistra to intermediaries, chambers, government agencies, banks, and clients.
  12. Build and maintain relationships with key intermediaries and regulators.
  13. Participate in events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
  14. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  15. Communicate the firm's value proposition clearly to clients.
  16. Forecast sales weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  17. Travel as needed.
