Job Title: Project Inspection Coordinator - Mechanical QC Engineer
Job Mission:
- Ensure execution of quality control activities on purchased goods and availability of relevant necessary documentation, in accordance with purchase order requirements/conditions and project procedures/contract, optimizing and minimizing costs.
- Ensure timely update of Company Information Tools/Systems (either directly or by Inspectors) with the most reliable and up-to-date information on quality control and inspection activities (e.g., Inspection Report, Inspection Release Note).
- Coordinate efficiently and effectively internal Inspectors and/or Inspection Agencies to achieve project goals through cost-effective and result-oriented solutions, following Company network synergies, best practices, and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review project Quality Control requirements and all contractual documentation to detect discrepancies and prevent misunderstandings, supporting supply chain management.
- Assist the MM in issuing Project QC procedures.
- Contribute to finalizing PMC and IDS.
- Support MM in PO Inspection Classification.
- Ensure specialist support (directly or through Internal Inspectors) to engineering for vendor quality control document review (ITP and Test Procedures).
- For each Project PO, ensure all necessary documentation (Inspection Assignment Package) is available to the designated inspector before inspection activities commence.
- With MM's support, plan and organize PIM (if any), coordinate with vendors, and ensure the presence of all relevant parties during meetings.
- Ensure proper project inspection notification workflow with Client and/or Third Parties per contractual requirements, with all documentation prepared prior to inspection.
- Verify that, after successful testing, all conditions are satisfactory and ensure the timely issuance of inspection reports.
