Job Description
Manage Elite Banking client relationships along with Directors and Executive Directors of Elite Banking by rendering the highest level of services to the customer and referring banking products like insurance, investment products, mortgage, BFS products, and services to support the team across the identified customer segments to achieve financial and non-financial business objectives.
Plan and carry out direct marketing activities, and support the Directors to fulfil their sales initiatives in accordance with the agreed business plans.
Support Directors and EDs to achieve assigned revenue targets, AUM, CASA, and customer acquisition targets.
Support acquiring clients as well as managing, maintaining, and deepening the relationships through expertise in financial planning and the selling of various personal financial and investment products.
Provide and maintain, on an ongoing basis, a daily sales report, figures, forecasting, and any other record which may be required by the Unit Head to keep up-to-date records of sales and performance.
Achieve best-in-class productivity to maximize the efficiency of the sales process.
Build and deepen relationships with existing priority customers to achieve an increase in share of wallet and revenues.
Effectively meet customer expectations and handle/reduce customer complaints.
Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
Research potential markets, develop client referral sources, and initiate contact with prospects to promote and sell the bank’s products and services.
Visit existing clients at least once every 2 months.
Meet and introduce a minimum of 2-3 new prospective clients per day.
Attend product trainings to stay up-to-date with market developments.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory mandates, processes, and policies.
Ensure full compliance with internal policies, procedures, SOPs, and SLAs.
Qualifications
Fresh graduate with finance or equivalent university degree. (High school is accepted for UAEN exclusively that are in progress of getting their university degree)
High sense of sales drive and energy levels. Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
