What you'll be doing

As a Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a sales team towards achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional Guest Experience. You will also support the implementation of CRM, CX, and other key customer and people initiatives in-store.

• You will nurture talent within the team through on-the-job coaching and stretch assignments in coordination with the People Partner.
• Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture.
• Oversee the store's day-to-day operations related to VM, Retail Store SOPs adherence, and sales team scheduling.
• Support store staff during in-store events.
• Act as the key point of contact with the back-office team.
• Ensure click-and-collect services are conducted within SLAs.
• Ensure customer data is properly captured by the team in adherence to marketing requirements.
• Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and ensure the team is knowledgeable about app offerings.
• Increase the store's revenue target.
• Drive sell-throughs within the store.
• Support in-store CX initiatives.
• Provide feedback on what is working well and what isn't within the store.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience managing a small team in beauty retail.
• Proficiency in Arabic language.
